At this time due to COVID-19 we are having participants sign up for the whole session of classes and will not be accepting any Drop-in's for classes.
Tues./Thur. - 8 - 9 a.m. and Sat. 10 - 11 a.m.
Mon./Wed, - 7- 8 p.m. and Sat. 10 - 11 a.m.
Saturday - 11 a.m. - Noon
Relieve stress and improve focus and balance while learning the simplified 24 Tai Chi set.
