Yoga Flow for Beginners

Flow through basic yoga poses, focusing on form and increasing strength and flexibility at your own pace.
Learn mindful breathing and become more attuned to achieving balance in your body. Each class begins with gentle stretching followed by sun salutations and an easy-to-follow flow. Class ends with moment of peaceful relaxation.
